Overview
Restful Homes Group is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our healthcare teams across multiple sites within the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated nursing professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents.
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting the health, wellbeing, and comfort of residents by delivering safe and effective nursing care in line with professional standards and best practice guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out comprehensive assessments of residents’ health needs and wellbeing
- Develop, implement, and review person-centred care plans in collaboration with the wider healthcare team
- Safely administer medications in accordance with clinical protocols and regulations
- Deliver high-quality nursing care, including monitoring observations and responding promptly to changes in residents’ conditions
- Provide support, guidance, and education to residents and their families regarding health management and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with legal and professional requirements
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care
- Follow infection prevention and control procedures to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff
- Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice, dignity, and resident care at all times
Experience & Requirements
- Valid nursing qualification with current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in medication administration and patient care is essential
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of nursing best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with residents and families
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Commitment to continuous professional development and high standards of care
- Knowledge of human anatomy and clinical care practices is desirable.

Night Shifts: 8:00pm – 8:00am - Contracts Available: 22 and 33 hours per week
Shelbourne Specialist Care Centre – Walsall, WS9 9DE
Day Shifts: 8:00am – 8:00pm - Contracts Available: 22 and 33 hours per week
Gainsborough Hall Care Home - Leamington Spa, CV32 5QA
Day & Night Shifts: 8:00 – 8:00 - Contracts available: 22 and 33 hours per week
Cannock Specialist Care Centre - Cannock, WS11 5BU
Day Shifts: 8:00am - 8:00pm - Contract available: 22 hours per week
