At Integrate Academy, we’re passionate about shaping the next generation of authentic, confident, knowledgeable, and inspiring Pilates teachers.
Founded by Charlotte Batten and Clare Francis, who share almost 50 years of combined expertise in accredited qualifications, our approach is grounded in both expertise and experience.
Together, they’ve built and led successful mat Pilates and reformer Pilates studios, as well as established teacher training schools and now, they’ve joined forces in a bid to raise industry standards for the next generation of Pilates instructors.
We are now looking for exceptional assessors to join us as we expand our team.
We run Pilates courses in our Brighton & London locations.
What You'll Do
- Assess mat learners on their practical 45 minute teachback in accordance with Active IQ criteria.
- Create a positive and motivating environment where every learner feels supported.
Who You Are
- Certified Mat Pilates Instructor.
- Certified Assessor (You must hold an assessors qualification - for example - Level 3 Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement or Level 3 Award in Education & Training with Assessment unit).
- Assessing experience is desirable
- Additional log of CPD qualifications.
- Friendly, professional and confident.
- First aid trained and 10m insurance.
Rate of pay
- Assessment days under 6 hours are paid hourly at £40 per hour.
- Assessment days over 6-8 hours are paid at a day rate of £250 per day.
