Committed to growing our business, there is now an opportunity for a commercially-astute, customer-focused Head of Business to join our team at our Skoda Dealership in Stourbridge.
As a Head of business/ General Manager you will be an integral member of team. You will approach situations with an enthusiastic and positive manner, to ensure the dealership, your colleagues and our customers all benefit.
Role and Responsibilities:

Lead from the front on all aspects of your dealership, including new and used car sales, associated products, parts, labour and aftersales

Build meaningful manufacturer relationships by implementing brand strategies, policies and procedures to an exceptional level

Ensure the site has the correct and well managed new and used car stock

Undertake monthly management reviews with your team

Lead your team to meet and exceed budgeted performance
-
Maintain a supportive relationship with dealership departments and advising, implementing and maintaining robust processes within departments in order to meet dealership targets
The ideal candidate will:

A proven top-performer at leadership level within a dealership

Knowledge of vehicle, consumer credit and trade practice legislation

Experienced in managing budgets and leading high performing teams, dedicated to motivating and coaching your team to be the best they can be

Customer orientated with excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset
-
Have experience with financial management, budgeting, and be able to understand the dealership accounts
-
Have the ability to develop and execute long-term business strategies including understanding market trends, competition, and identifying opportunities for growth
