Woodbrook Medical Centre, a friendly and welcoming GP practice in the heart of Loughborough, is looking to recruit a Patient Services Team Member to join our dedicated team.

About the Role
As a Patient Services Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience within the practice.
Your duties will include:
- Greeting patients and dealing with enquiries in person and over the telephone
- Booking appointments and managing patient records
- Providing administrative support to clinicians and the wider team
- Maintaining confidentiality and delivering a high standard of customer care
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, professional, and compassionate approach
- Ability to work in a busy environment and as part of a team
- Good organisational and IT skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or healthcare role is desirable but not essential
Working Hours
We can offer a degree of flexibility with working hours; however, the role will include participation in an early/late rota.
