We’re Hiring – Showroom Manager / Head of Sales
Do you love sales, thrive in a customer-facing role, and have a passion for the hair & beauty industry? We’re looking for a confident, motivated and enthusiastic Showroom Manager / Head of Sales to join our growing hair extension brand.
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day running of our showroom
- Delivering exceptional customer service both in-store and online
- Driving sales and consistently achieving targets
- Building relationships with salons, hairstylists and trade customers
- Proactively bringing in new business opportunities
- Contacting salons and stylists to grow our customer base
- Managing and responding to online enquiries
- Working with Shopify to process orders and support customers
- Upselling products and educating customers on our range
- Creating engaging social media content and being the face of our brand
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is confident, bubbly and approachable
- Has excellent sales and communication skills
- Is organised, punctual and committed
- Is well presented with a professional appearance
- Has previous front-of-house and face-to-face customer service experience
- Is self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Lives and breathes social media and understands how to engage customers online
- Has experience using Shopify (preferred but not essential)
