Brackenwood Property & Estate Management is seeking an organised, customer-focused, and proactive Property & Lettings Manager to join our growing team.
With over 30 years of experience in property and estate management, we have built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to professionalism, quality, and customer care.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of residential properties, working closely with property owners, tenants, contractors, and colleagues to ensure properties are managed efficiently and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors
- Coordinating and overseeing maintenance works from start to completion
- Monitoring budgets and expenditure
- Arranging and attending property inspections and client meetings
- Supporting all aspects of lettings administration and management
What We're Looking For
✔ Excellent organisational and time-management skills
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
✔ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
