Provide companionship and engage in stimulating activities with clients.
Assist with light household duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
Prepare nutritious meals and provide support with eating, as required.
Prompt and assist clients with their medication in accordance with care plans.
Support clients with personal care routines, including washing, dressing, and grooming, whilst promoting dignity and independence.
Accompany clients on social outings, appointments, and assist with shopping, facilitating community engagement.
Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided, ensuring clear communication within the care team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
The legal right to work in the UK.
Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle (essential for community-based roles).
Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
Competitive hourly pay rate of £13.40 - £14.60, reflecting your dedication and expertise.
