The shift patterns for this position is:
- Monday-Friday 0600-1300 (37.5 hours a week)
You will be carrying out all warehouse and facilities cleaning services on site. You will provide great service to our clients by ensuring that standards are maintained through adherence to the set processes on site. You will have high standards of cleanliness naturally and take pride in the work that you do.
You will report to the Service Delivery Manager and the site supervisor.
Key responsibilities
- Ensuring the designated areas are thoroughly cleaned each shift to a high standard
- Cleaning of staff facilities such as the canteen and toilets
- Replenish any consumables required
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Adhere to all ISM and client health and safety rules and requirements
- Wear any required personal protective equipment (PPE) or site-specific clothing as directed
- Vacuuming of rooms and corridors and emptying of waste bins
- Sweeping and mopping floor surfaces
- Report anything in need of repair or replacement
- Record all cleaning tasks as directed
- Maintain good relations with client staff, contractors, and visitors to the site
Skills Required
- Work on their own initiative and organise their own time as they will be managed remotely
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a team
- React to feedback appropriately to provide great service to customers
- Good attention to detail to deliver high standards
- Good written and verbal communication skills are essential to communicate with customers and managers and comply with Health & Safety regulations.
Experience
- Previous cleaning experience is desired but not essential
- The ability to learn, and the capability to develop skills further
