Responsibilities
- Deliver professional brow threading treatments to an exceptional standard.
- Carry out additional brow services, including brow tinting and brow shaping (training can be provided where required).
- Provide outstanding client care, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming and relaxing experience.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through expert advice and excellent service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and salon presentation.
- Keep up to date with the latest brow trends and techniques.
- Support the wider salon team to create a premium client experience.
