Help Create a Home Where Children Feel Safe, Valued, and Understood
At Team Care Group, we believe children need more than just care — they need stability, meaningful relationships, emotional safety, and adults who genuinely believe in their potential.
We are opening a specialist residential children’s home in Brighton for children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), and we are looking for experienced Senior Residential Support Workers who want to be part of building something different.
This is an opportunity to join a calm, therapeutic, and well-structured environment from the very beginning alongside an experienced and supportive leadership team.
