About the Role:
As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily lives while helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and sense of purpose.
Whether you're providing personal care, sharing a conversation over a cup of tea, supporting independence, or simply being there when someone needs a friendly face, you'll make a real difference every single day – and have the time to do it!
Working alongside a dedicated team, you'll help create a safe, happy, and caring environment where Sisters can continue to thrive.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care
- Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities
- Promoting dignity, choice, and independence
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and colleagues
- Supporting residents to remain active members of the community
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Working as part of a supportive and caring team

Essential Requirements
Please only apply if you meet the following criteria:
- Experience working in residential care for older people
- Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or be willing to work towards it)
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check and provide references

Experience:
- Care home for the elderly: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- NCFE Level 2 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
