As CPD Partner & Sales Executive you are responsible for driving sales and revenue for the IMI. Your role involves identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales of agreed CPD, PSP and other identified IMI products.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- · Achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's financial goals
- · Identifying and attracting new customers
- · Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- · Understanding market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies
- · Promoting and demonstrating products or services to potential customers
- · Negotiating contracts and agreements to close sales
- · Supporting the UK Partnerships and Development Manager with PSP provision
- · Adhere to required data reporting requirements as directed by the business
- · Support development of on-line promotional campaigns, e.g. e-learning, PSP, CPD etc.
- · Delivery of sales campaigns to achieve pre-agreed sales / take-up targets for related products and services
- · Accurate production of data reporting
Knowledge & Experience
- Customer care & engagement skills
- Report writing
- Data analysis
- Online engagement and social media tool user, e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, web, etc.
- I.T. literate (MS Office and social media tools)
- Compassionate writing skills
