We are looking for a flexible and reliable Housekeeper / Porter to join our team. This is a varied role supporting daily cleaning duties, client services, and event setup.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all areas
Setting up and rearranging rooms for meetings, conferences, and events, including moving tables, chairs, and other furniture as required.
- Ensuring all areas are fully stocked with supplies and ready for client use.
- Providing support during events, including cloakroom duties and lift lock operations to assist client access and flow.
- Tidying up work areas, cleaning floors and communal areas.
- You must complete all relevant Health & Safety records and attend training courses when needed.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- You must have Right to Work in the UK.
- The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, physically fit, and able to adapt to different tasks as needed, working both independently and as part of a team/
- A smart phone is required to use our Timegate Time and Attendance system to pin in and out onsite when you are scheduled to work. There may also be tasks allocated to you which will require you to use the Timegate app i.e. to record cleaning entries and any other such duties as required.
- A background in cleaning would be advantageous, but full training is required
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
