We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, complex behaviors, and diagnoses. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team.
Position: Support Worker
Location: Reigate, Surrey
Salary: Competitive pay rates
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents with diverse needs, including autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and complex behaviors.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that promotes residents' well-being and independence.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and community involvement.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with diverse needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care are desirable.
