Agency Support Worker (Day & Night Shifts)
Midlands | Suffolk | Cambridge | Essex
£15–£17 per hour + enhanced rates
At Heycroft Staffing Solutions, we specialise in providing high-quality temporary staff to children’s homes supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD). We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated Agency Support Workers to join our team for day and night shifts.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing care and support to children and young people in residential settings
- Supporting individuals with EBD and/or learning disabilities
- Promoting positive activities and creating a safe, nurturing environment
- Supporting young people through challenges with empathy and patience
- In some homes, assisting with personal care (not required in all placements)

- £15–£17 per hour (Depending on experience and PAYE/Self Employed)

What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
- Strong empathy, patience, and resilience
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Willingness to work across a variety of homes and environments
- Availability to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week (with opportunity for full-time hours)
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Willingness to travel up to 1 hour from your home to placements

- Enhanced DBS check required
- References and criminal self-declaration required
