Staff365 are recruiting for a Trainee Alloy / Metal Process Sorter on a temp to perm basis for our client located in Rotherham.
Salary : £13.50 - £15.00 per hour DOE , Overtime paid at 1.5 after 40 hours worked (weekly paid)
Hours of work :- 07:30 - 16:00pm Monday - Friday
FLT Counterbalance License is required for this role
Our client is looking to expand their existing team and this would be an excellent opportunity for someone to grow their career within the business with plenty of training provided for metal sorters.
We are keen to speak with candidates who already have metallurgy experience within either an engineering or manufacturing environment,
- Quality checking and sorting raw materials (metal and alloys)
- Testing materials for their authenticity and recording the information
- Operating machinery to process the materials accordingly
- Use of a Fork Lift Truck
- General Housekeeping
- Moving materials around the facility
- Completion of basic paperwork
