Face-to-Face Fundraiser – Kaizen Promotions

Kaizen Promotions is hiring face-to-face fundraisers to represent charitable organisations across Scotland. We are one of Scotland’s fastest-growing face-to-face fundraising agency.
We are looking for confident, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of professional fundraisers. Whether you are experienced in sales or customer service, or looking for a new challenge, we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
About the Role
As a Face-to-Face Fundraiser, you will:
- Represent leading Scottish charitable organisations in high-end supermarkets and busy shopping centres
- Engage with members of the public, inspire them to support our clients, and secure regular donor sign-ups via direct debit or RCP
- Travel to different locations across Scotland
- Attend team meetings and training sessions in Glasgow once a week
- Deliver excellent customer service while working towards individual and team targets
- Bi weekly travel opportunities for road trips
- Average wages are £1,800 per week

What We’re Looking For
- Willingness to travel to various locations across Scotland
- Ability to attend one weekly meeting in Glasgow city centre
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not essential
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- A positive attitude, resilience, and the drive to achieve targets
