- Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not essential.
- In person and Telephone communication skills .
- Strong data entry and analysis skills.
- Ability to handle phone interactions with professionalism.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience with upselling techniques is a plus.
