We are looking to appoint a motivated and inspirational teaching assistant to join us in the Autumn term 2026.

What You Need to Succeed
We are looking for a teaching assistant to join our lovely team who:
- will uphold and nurture the values of our Catholic community
- understands the importance of safeguarding children and will prioritise this at all times
- has initiative and drive and some knowledge and understanding of SEND
- has the willingness to undertake training to ensure that they are fully meeting the needs of the children
- is a professional with the highest expectations of all aspects of school life
- has passes in GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above, or who has the willingness to study for and achieve these qualifications
- is enthusiastic and innovative
- has good interpersonal and communication skills
- is nurturing and caring and will have high expectations of all pupils
The capacity to be a member of bank staff for our before and after-school club would also be beneficial, but is not an essential requirement.
