Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organisational skills and a friendly demeanour are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all members and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Assist with membership sign-ups and explaining membership options
- Updating and managing CRM System
- Answer in-person enquiries about FAQ's, services, facilities, and opening hours
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area & changing rooms
- Restocking supplies
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold health and safety standards in line with company policies
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential; a friendly attitude and willingness to learn are essential
- Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanour
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Organised with good time management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and reservations
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and commitment to delivering outstanding member experiences
