Door Supervisors – Birmingham
£13.00 to £14.24 per hour (depending on experience) | Weekly Pay | Regular Work Available
Bridgegate Security is expanding its Birmingham operation and is recruiting Door Supervisors to support a growing portfolio of bars, late-night venues, and large-scale events across the city.
We are looking to strengthen our teams with reliable, professional individuals who are confident working in busy environments and can represent both the company and our venues to a high standard.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing regional operation with significant ongoing work available throughout 2026.
What You’ll Get:
- £13.00 to £14.24 (depending on experience) per hour, paid weekly
- Regular Friday and Saturday night shifts
- Additional midweek and event work available

What We’re Looking For:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential)
- Smart, professional presentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident interacting with customers, venue management, and colleagues
- Comfortable carrying out searches where required
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Able to remain calm and professional in busy environments
