Complex Care Assistant – Stone Branch
Shifts –
Variety of shifts available, must be able to start as early as 6am until 21.30pm and some nights included, with an expectation that weekend hours are completed on a rolling rota basis.
Salary –
£14.25 per hour, plus 12.07% holiday pay

About the Service Users -
AMG are Looking for enthusiastic and enigmatic males or females to work with these amazing gents full of life, fun and laughter.
Have you got what it takes to be on the go all day with our young adults that have cerebral palsy, this role is demanding but comes with rewards like you would not believe. There are clinical interventions required that Staff would require full training in all interventions.
The ideal candidates will need to be able to work from as early as 6am until 21.30pm and some nights included. There will be an expectation that weekend hours are completed on a rolling rota basis. It would be an advantage if the candidate can drive a large mobility van as these gents like to be out and about, work in harmony alongside the rest of the team and family. We have full time hours available for the right candidates
Key Responsibilities –
- Follow a personalised care plan
- Provide specialist or routine care tasks i.e. medication administration, PEG knowledge and moving and handling.
- Assist with personal care
- Help with meal preparation
- Offer companionship and reassurance
- Communicate with the office team
- Keep care records up to date
- Work closely with family members to maintain consistency
What We Are Looking For -
- Training in medication assistance
- Moving and handling knowledge
- Confidence with equipment used in the home
- Comfortable working one-to-one
- Someone who can bring reassurance and consistency
- Someone who enjoys a busy and constant work environment
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Must be 18 or over
