Job Overview
Talboys Utility Services (Oxford) Ltd (TUSO) is recruiting Customer Side Leakage (CSL) Repair and Moling Teams and Groundworkers to support our Thames Water leakage programme across the Thames Valley.
This is a field-based role involving the repair and replacement of leaking customer water service pipes at residential properties.
Pay & Roles
Self-Employed 2 Person Teams: £350–£385 per day basic with productivity bonus available (earning potential above £385/day)
PAYE Team Leader: £15.99–£17.80 per hour depending on experience plus productivity bonus
PAYE Operative: £14.87-£15.99 per hour depending on experience plus productivity bonus

The Role
Excavation to locate leaking service pipes
Repair or replacement of MDPE water service pipes
Reinstatement of excavations
Recording works using mobile job systems
Providing excellent customer service at residential properties
What We’re Looking For
Experience in CSL leakage, water service pipe repairs, utilities or groundworks
Ability to work as part of a 2-person team
Comfortable using mobile devices
Strong work ethic and commitment to safe working practices
Essential
