We are looking for a switchboard administrator to join our friendly and professional team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls across our five main offices. You’ll need to be confident and professional on the phone, as well as friendly, personable, and engaging when welcoming clients in person.
This is a busy and varied position where you’ll have the opportunity to develop legal skills as part of your work. Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not essential – what matters most is your willingness to go above and beyond for our clients.
While you will occasionally provide cover on reception, your primary focus will be behind the scenes, ensuring that every telephone call is answered promptly, professionally, and courteously.

- Hours: full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
- Holiday entitlement: 25 days per annum
- Location: Margate
