Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Duties
- Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies and procedures aligned with organisational goals.
- Manage recruitment processes using HRIS systems and ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft to attract top talent.
- Supervise the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and manage employee relations to maintain a positive work environment.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends related to workforce metrics, turnover rates, and employee satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on HR strategies, organisational updates, and training programmes to management teams.
- Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies through regular audits and reporting.
- Provide guidance on management practices, including supervising experience requirements for leadership development programmes.
- Utilise HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Taleo for accurate record keeping and reporting.
Skills
- Proven management experience within human resources, with strong supervisory skills.
- Extensive knowledge of human resources principles, employment law, and best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms including Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or similar systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Excellent data analysis skills to interpret workforce data effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in managing multiple priorities within fast-paced environments.
- Experience in using ATS platforms for recruitment purposes.

Pay: £37,500.00-£40,000.00 per year
