Job Purpose
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily needs, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. Your contribution will ensure that each individual receives outstanding care adapted to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
- Support with personal care, mobility, and daily activities.
- Recognise and celebrate team and individual achievements.
- Work collaboratively within a multicultural team.
- Maintain accurate communication and reporting records.
- Uphold a ‘can-do’ and solution-focused approach to challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
- mentoring staff,
- leading shift operations,
- overseeing medication,
- ensuring compliance with regulations,
- acting as a positive role model for both the team and people using the services.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or over
- Subject to a DBS check and two references
- Must be authorised to work in the UK (Sponsorship not available)
