An experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator is required to join an established multi branch agency in the Andover area.
Package:
- £25,000 - £26,500 (dependant on experience) and OTE £29,000.
- Monday to Friday and weekend working on rota.
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays
- Christmas working flexibility
- Company training & scope for progression
With already obtained experience in the front end of the property industry, you will be used to being instrumental in providing an exceptional service to your clients whilst maximising financial opportunities for the business.
Main areas of the role to include:
- Generate viewings & valuations
- Open to supporting on valuations when needed
- Negotiating and agreeing sales and tenancies
- Targeted Business generation & Identifying income opportunities
- Building Client relationships and supporting their needs
- Marketing
If you are a team player, confident communicating through all traditional platforms, able to juggle and prioritise your day and able to deliver a service with a smile and an enthusiastic manner, then this could be the position for you.
Please note that to perform this position you will need your own car and a clean UK driving licence.
