About Scout Sport
Scout Sport is an invite-only football talent identification platform currently in beta across Scottish football and expanding into the US market. Verified evaluators personally identify players and log structured evaluations over time, building a credible evidence trail that travels with a player regardless of club or staff changes. Every player on Scout Sport has been personally identified by a qualified evaluator — no self-registration, no algorithms.
The Role
We are looking for motivated individuals with a genuine passion for football development to join Scout Sport as Regional Partners. As a Regional Partner you will identify talented football players in your area, introduce them to the Scout Sport platform, and support their onboarding. You will also build relationships with local clubs, coaches, and football organisations to raise awareness of Scout Sport in your region.
This is a volunteer based role with flexible hours. It is ideal for someone already working in or around grassroots football — a coach, scout, or football development professional — who believes talented players deserve a better pathway to being identified.
What You Will Do
Identify talented players in your region who would benefit from being on the Scout Sport platform. Introduce players to the platform and support them through the onboarding process. Build relationships with local clubs, coaches, and football organisations. Represent Scout Sport professionally in your community. Provide feedback on the platform and the needs of players and coaches in your region.
Who We Are Looking For
Someone with existing knowledge of and connections within grassroots football in their region. A passion for talent identification and player development. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Previous experience in coaching, scouting, or football development is preferred but not essential.
