About the Role
We’re launching a brand-new immersive entertainment attraction in London this July -bringing cutting-edge technology, interactive experiences, and high-energy fun together under one roof.
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Attraction Manager to join us in June 2026, ahead of our official opening, to lead pre-launch preparations, oversee technical and production readiness, manage team training, and ensure we’re ready to deliver unforgettable guest experiences from day one.
This is a rare opportunity to support in the opening of one of London’s most exciting new leisure destinations and shape its long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the attraction and its interactive experiences.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team consisting of Duty Managers, Supervisors, Performers and Hosts.
- Manage pre-opening preparations including onboarding, venue setup, and technical/production trial runs.
- Ensure top-tier health & safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
- Act as the venue’s figurehead, energising the team and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Handle staffing, scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to drive awareness and attendance.
- Support the coordination and delivery of food & beverage (F&B) operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven management experience in attractions, leisure, or hospitality environments.
- A strong, people-first leader who can build and motivate teams.
- Confidence in fast-paced, tech-driven or immersive entertainment spaces.
- Technical and production knowledge, with experience in equipment setup and maintenance highly desirable.
- A calm and solutions-focused approach to operational challenges.
- Experience launching or opening a new venue (a big plus).
