We have an exciting opportunity to join the Team at Bassetts Motor Group in Bridgend.
Thanks to incredible growth within our brand portfolio we are looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join our well established Main Dealership in Bridgend, CF31 3UL.
The role will include involvement with a well known Manufacturer plus the start of an exciting journey with a new brand to the UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for an experienced Aftersales Team including 7 Vehicle Technicians, 3 Aftersales Advisors and a Warranty Administrator.
This role works alongside the Sales Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager.
Successful applicants will
- Be IT literate
- Hold a full UK Drivers Licence (with no more than 6 penalty points)
- Be well presented
- Motivated to succeed
You will be joining a small but efficient team, at a very exciting time in the business.
Previous Aftersales experience is highly desirable and an immediate start date is available for the right candidate.
The role includes a company car and does not involve weekends.
