We are looking for people to join our aspiring company in becoming the best care providers in community care. We would like you to join our excellent team of community care workers in providing home/domiciliary care to our clients in the comfort of their own home. Our main goal is to ensure that our clients remain living at home comfortably and safely through the care service we provide.
As a community care worker, you will be expected to work individually or as part of team to provide care to our client in their homes. Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Personal care – assist with maintaining personal hygiene.
- Medication Assistance – assist our clients in taking their medication.
- Reablement care – Assist clients with manual handling techniques (training provided).
- Palliative care – assist client with a life-limiting illness.
- Light household duties.
Job Requirement:
- To be able to travel from one client to another (Walkers and drivers needed).
- Care experience is valued but not required as training is provided.
- Enhanced DBS check (which we arrange).
- A Desire to help people.
- To be understanding and sensitive to client’s circumstances.
- To be able to work as a team.
- To have attention to detail.
- Working every other weekend
The base of our clients are situated in IP3 & IP4, so you will not need to worry about long travels between care visits as our experienced care co-ordination will plan the most efficient route for our employees
Working hours:
We have both part-time and full-time working hours and can be flexible if needed. All employees are expected to work every other weekend.
