We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our friendly day team on a part-time basis.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a key role in leading clinical care within the home, ensuring residents receive safe, effective and compassionate nursing support.
Working closely with the wider care team, you'll help create a welcoming environment where residents feel respected, comfortable and well cared for.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans
- Administering medication and treatments safely
- Undertaking clinical assessments and monitoring residents' wellbeing
- Developing and reviewing person-centred care plans
- Providing leadership and clinical guidance to the care team
- Liaising with GPs, healthcare professionals and families
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
- Promoting dignity, independence and person-centred care at all times
We're Looking For Someone Who:
✔ Holds a current NMC registration and valid UK PIN
✔ Is passionate about delivering high-quality nursing care
✔ Has excellent clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
✔ Is compassionate, reliable and professional
✔ Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
✔ Has experience working within elderly care, nursing homes or dementia care (desirable)

Important Information
This is a permanent part-time position working 8:00am–20:00pm on a rolling rota, including weekends.
Due to the rural location of the home, applicants should be able to travel reliably to and from The Mountains Nursing Home for all scheduled shifts.
All appointments are subject to enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references.
