Responsibilities

- Develop and refine menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative ideas to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all kitchen operations.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and optimal presentation of dishes.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimise waste.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and functioning efficiently.
- Uphold a positive working environment by fostering teamwork, organisation, and professionalism within the kitchen.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen setting.
- Extensive culinary experience specialising in grilling techniques.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
