Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager, Supervisor and Bartender roles to oversee daily operations in our busy pub in Soho. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a keen ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the pub, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company policies.
- Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, deal complaints professionally, striving for resolution to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
- Flexible working is a must (weekdays, evenings and weekends are required)
Currently looking for Full Time and Part time. ( Zero hour contracts)
