Overview
We are looking for a confident and reliable bartender with basic cocktail experience to join our team. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is comfortable working across events, private hires, and busy service nights.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a range of standard cocktails, beers, and spirits
- Deliver fast, friendly, and professional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar at all times
- Manage stock levels, restocking, and basic inventory awareness
- Handle payments and operate the till accurately
- Support event service, including high-volume periods
Requirements
- Basic cocktail knowledge (e.g. classics like margaritas, espresso martinis, etc.)
- Previous bar experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Desirable
- Experience in events or venue-based service
- Interest in music, fashion, or creative culture
