Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. Duties
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve organisational targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
- Oversee daily sales operations, including supervising staff, managing schedules, and ensuring excellent customer service standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and facilitate professional development for team members.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and merchandising plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.
- Organise training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales reporting, budgeting, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in management roles within retail or sales environments, with supervising or team management responsibilities.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in sales management, including developing strategies that deliver results.
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
- Experience in merchandising, promotional planning, and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and utilisation of CRM systems.
- Strong time management skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
