Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Mobile Valeter to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality vehicle valeting services at various locations, ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail and excellent service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, good driving skills, and a friendly demeanour to deliver exceptional results in a mobile setting.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning and valeting of vehicles at client locations, including interior and exterior detailing
- Use specialised cleaning products and equipment to achieve a high standard of finish
- Drive company vehicle to various customer sites, ensuring timely arrival and departure
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
- Follow health and safety guidelines during all operations to ensure safety for self and clients
- Complete relevant documentation or reports as required after each job
Experience
- Previous experience in janitorial or vehicle cleaning is essential.
- Valid driving licence is essential for transporting equipment and travelling between locations
- Customer service experience is desirable to ensure positive interactions with clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
