With beautiful views of the gently rolling fields of the Kent countryside, our Pembury site on Cornford Lane is an oasis for the people we support and visitors alike. The Bluebell Cafe is located at the heart of our beautiful site and serves hot and cold drinks and a selection of delicious cakes, meals, sandwiches, and snacks. Our snacks kiosk serves sandwiches, ice creams, cakes, snacks and drinks.

About the Role:
As a Relief Café Assistant, you will help deliver excellent customer service while supporting the smooth operation of the café.
Duties include:
· Preparing and serving food and drinks
· Supporting café opening and closing procedures
· Operating the till and handling cash
· Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
· Assisting with stock control and replenishment
· Helping create a welcoming environment for customers
· Supporting café events and occasional seasonal activities
Full training and ongoing support will be provided, including barista and health & safety training.

Essential Requirements:
· Flexible availability as required
· Basic Maths and English skills
· Strong time management skills
· Willingness to complete mandatory training
· Understanding of autism, learning difficulties and challenging behaviours
Desirable:
· Basic Food Hygiene qualification
· Ability to use initiative
· Weekend availability for seasonal events
