Multi-Skilled Plasterer – Social Housing

We are currently recruiting for experienced Multi-Skilled Plasterers to work across a busy social housing repairs and maintenance contract covering South and South East London.
Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, we have multiple positions available for both permanent employees and self-employed contractors.
Duties Include:
- Plastering repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties.
- Skimming, patch plastering, rendering, and making good.
- Carrying out associated multi-trade works where required.
- Completing reactive repairs and planned maintenance tasks.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
- Providing excellent customer service when working in tenants' homes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Plasterer.
- Previous experience working within social housing is essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own tools required.
