We’re looking for a relationship‑driven Partnerships Associate to help build and nurture referral partnerships with estate agents and mortgage brokers. This is a key role in driving new business and strengthening long‑term relationships.

The Role
As a Partnerships Associate, you will:
- Build and manage relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers
- Make outbound calls to warm contacts who have previously worked with the firm
- Gather feedback and introduce partners to the referral process
- Convert suitable contacts into active referrers
- Assess whether potential partners are a good long‑term fit
- Act as the relationship manager for your partners, handling check‑ins and escalations
- Monitor referral activity, lead flow and conversion rates
- Work towards weekly and monthly targets
This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, is confident on the phone, and thrives in a target‑driven environment.
About You
- Strong relationship‑builder with excellent communication skills
- Confident speaking to a wide range of stakeholders
- Motivated by targets and commercial outcomes
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working remotely
- Experience in property, estate agency/sales progression, mortgage services or business development is essential
- Developed a good knowledge of the conveyancing world
