We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and proactive Nursery L3 Apprentice to join our supportive and collaborative team. You will encourage our children to be unique, foster their curiosity and support them on a journey of discovery enabling them to be inquisitive and confident learners.
Fixed term contract until 28/02/2028
30hrs per week / 39 (Term Time Only Inc Inset Days)
Full time equalivent £25,614 (Estimated actuals £11,961)
As our Nursery L3 Apprentice you’ll immerse yourself with our stimulating Early Years Foundation Stage and engage in learning through creative play. The ability to sing in tune is not necessary; however, the ability to sing out of tune in front of children is essential.
The Nursery L3 Apprentice will work with other early years professionals to plan activities to encourage play and sensory stimulation. You will be extremely well supported, working alongside a committed team of practitioners and teachers.
The ideal Nursery L3 Apprentice will be someone who is:
- A great communicator and team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Committed to helping develop an exciting and nurturing learning environment with indoor and outdoor activities
- Passionate about education and imaginative when planning for children's development
- Able to observe and plan activities for children in a small group
- Able to write accurate and effective assessments, which reflect the needs, interests and stages of development of the child
