The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated and commercially driven Area Sales Manager to manage and grow our independent customer base across London, Home Counties and Thames Valley, including electrical wholesalers, trade counters, and DIY retailers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive territory sales and meet/exceed growth targets
- Promote and represent Luceco’s multi-brand portfolio
- Build and manage key account relationships
- Secure new business opportunities across the region
- Deliver product training and promotional support
- Track performance using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasts
What You Bring
- 2+ years’ experience in a field-based B2B sales role
- Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Commercial acumen and self-motivation
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across your territory
Bonus if you have:
Experience in the electrical wholesale or trade industry
Background in Independents, DIY or trade environments
