Internal Account Executive
Responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of new and existing Building Services and construction contractor accounts, both directly and through channel partners.

Build strong customer relationships and become the trusted contact for the Fluid Water Group product portfolio.

Develop and grow a pipeline of opportunities, increasing both the volume and value of potential business.

Manage quotations and proactively follow up opportunities to secure orders and maximise conversion rates.

Forecast potential orders and maintain accurate sales pipeline information using CRM systems.

Maximise sales and profitability within the assigned geographical area.

Work closely with external sales colleagues to identify and maximise opportunities across the region.

Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their requirements and identify future opportunities.
Knowledge and Skills
-
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an internal sales role, ideally within the M&E, Building Services or pump sector.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Technical understanding of pumping systems and associated products.
-
Knowledge of clean water boosting and/or heating systems would be advantageous.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.

Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills and understanding of commercial terms and conditions.

Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline effectively.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
