Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
IMS Cleaning Services (Ascot Business Park)
IMS is a rapidly growing commercial cleaning company based in Ascot Business Park, and we are currently looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Position Details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day, starting from 3:00 PM onwards (flexible – hours may vary depending on coverage needs)
- Location: Mobile role covering Camberley and surrounding areas
- Type: Part-time (with potential for additional hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cover for on-site cleaners during periods of annual leave or sickness
- Supervise and support cleaning teams across multiple sites
- Train and onboard new starters; collect necessary employment documentation
- Liaise with clients as required to ensure high service standards are maintained
- Overtime may be available and will be paid at the applicable site rate

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Flexibility to work occasional early mornings or weekends when needed
- Previous cleaning or supervisory experience beneficial but not essential
