A well-established specialist property law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing team in Camberley.
This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer who is confident managing their own caseload and is looking to join a supportive, friendly, and highly regarded firm with a strong reputation in the property sector.
You will be responsible for handling a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

Freehold and leasehold sales & purchases

Transfers of equity
-
Remortgages
-
New build matters
-
Shared ownership transactions

Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
- Minimum 2 years’ residential conveyancing experience

Ability to manage a caseload independently

Strong communication and client care skills

Organised with excellent attention to detail

Qualified fee earner
