An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator / Associate to join a
high-performing, well-established estate agency in South West London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a
driven property professional looking to build a successful career in residential sales, with
uncapped earning potential and clear progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers, understanding their requirements and budgets
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, delivering exceptional customer service
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best outcomes
- Manage the sales process from offer agreed through to completion
- Maintain regular communication with clients, solicitors, and third parties
- Stay up to date with local property market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (AML, GDPR, etc.)
- Complete all associated sales administration accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months' experience in residential sales
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and professional
- A team player with a strong work ethic
