Kitchen Assitant/ Cook at Season Coffee Shop, Carrickfergus
Season Coffee Shop is a busy, independent café at Sullatober Mill on Marshallstown Road,
serving freshly prepared breakfasts, lunches and homebaked treats in a relaxed, friendly
setting. As our kitchen and demand grows we are recruiting a Kitchen Assistant/Cook to add to our small kitchen team.
The Role
Assist in Cooking and plating our established menu of breakfasts, lunches, salads and soups to a consistent standard.
Follow our recipes, portion sizes and allergen procedures.
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and recordkeeping.
All training will be provided, including up to date Level 2 Health and Hygiene.
About You
Organised, dependable and calm under pressure, with good timemanagement.
Takes pride in wellcooked, consistent food and a clean, well run kitchen.
Good understanding of food safety, allergens and HACCP procedures.
A positive team player who communicates well with front of house.
Pay and Hours
Pay: depending on experience.
Location: Season Coffee Shop, 22 Marshallstown Road, Carrickfergus, BT38 9DE.
Typical daytime shifts. Must be available on Fridays, and occasionally some Saturdays required.
