What experience you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a sous chef in a busy, high-volume kitchen
- Strong grill experience and confidence working with meat, fire and fast-paced service
- Strong understanding of food safety, COSHH, manual handling and kitchen compliance
- Excellent knowledge of grill, prep, service and kitchen standards
- Commercial awareness across labour, stock, waste and consistency
- Calm, clear communication and the ability to keep standards high under pressure
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and numeracy
