We are looking to appoint a Senior Recovery Officer. The main purpose of the posts is to take effective collection and enforcement action in respect of outstanding Council debt, considering relevant legislation, Council policy and performance targets with the objective of providing a responsive, efficient, high quality and customer focussed approach, to maximise collection rates.
