Requirements: Experienced in facial and body treatments Strong knowledge of skincare and wellness treatments Sales-driven with excellent upselling and retail sales skills Self-confident with strong communication abilities Patient, professional, and well-presented Ability to deliver exceptional five-star customer service Experience in luxury spa, clinic, or hospitality environment is an advantage Responsibilities: Perform luxury facial and body treatments Recommend suitable skincare products and treatment plans Build strong relationships with VIP clientele Maintain five-star treatment and hygiene standards Support clinic retail sales and monthly targets
